In that role, S.Crow Collateral Corp. is believed to be uniquely positioned and experienced. The company is a privately held business that began operations in 1982 and which is enjoying rapid growth.

In addition, Mr. Vicars serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate firms in the nation. Mr. Vicars specializes in the sale of apartment and retail properties in the San Francisco Bay area. Licensed since 1978, he has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. As such, he has secured over 315 transactions valued at over $300 million.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Mr. Vicars served as a broker for ERI Real Estate Services, where he focused on the sale of multi-family and commercial properties. Currently, he owns a number of commercial properties and owns and manages several Berkeley apartment buildings.

Mr. Vicars is a member of the Rotary Club of Berkeley, member and past president of the Berkeley Property Owners Association, Board of Directors member of the Telegraph Area Association, Board of Directors member of the Young Persons Symphony, member of the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Berkeley and Oakland Real Estate Boards.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from University of California, Berkeley. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.

S.Crow Lending Corp. originates loan financing for both new debt and the refinancing of existing debt in connection with collateralized transactions. Because of the availability of a collateral account to serve as security, S.Crow Lending Corp. is able to extend financing at especially advantageous terms.
