What's Coming
As evidence of the fertility and versatility of our role as a dealer in capital assets, we now have two new major programs under development.
In one of them, S.Crow Collateral Corp.'s role as a dealer will be integral, in an especially attractive and profitable way, to enable troubled commercial loans to be paid in full, for those loans which are held in portfolio by the lender.
In the other, S.Crow Collateral Corp.'s role as a dealer will play a key role in saving family farms from the ravages of estate and inheritance taxes, so that the estates of the family farmers will be able to grow far beyond what would otherwise be possible.
