President, S.Crow Collateral Corp.

S.Crow Collateral Corp. and the other companies in the S.Crow family of companies were conceived and founded by Stanley D. Crow, J.D., were established under his direction, and continue under his executive leadership today.

The business operations of the S.Crow family of companies, and particularly S.Crow Collateral Corp., are the result of Mr. Crow’s education and long-term inter-disciplinary experience in law, economics, finance and transaction structuring.

A graduate of Harvard Law School (following his undergraduate degree in business and economics), Mr. Crow has maintained a transactional law practice for many years in Boise, Idaho.

Mr. Crow has 25 years of experience structuring loan and investment products with tax advantages. He invented a monetized lease mechanism for leasing income properties. He structured a very successful residential finance program for one of the nation’s largest lenders. He conceived and developed financial mechanisms which provide both inflation protection and tax advantages.

And, of course, he invented the collateralized installment sale and the collateralized augmented business sale—business processes with what must surely be two of the catchiest names around.
